How NILBudget collects, uses, protects, and shares account and financial-planning information.Last updated August 19, 2026Information we collect
We collect registration details, athlete profile information, budget entries, NIL income and expense records, goals, mileage, account activity, and information you deliberately submit. We do not require banking access and do not use private budget data for sponsor targeting.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, personalize educational tools, save plans, calculate estimates, generate reports, provide support, maintain security, and improve the service. Estimates may be incomplete and are not professional advice.
Sharing and permissions
Athletes control optional sharing with parents, guardians, CPAs, attorneys, agents, and other professionals. Access should be limited to the sections and permissions selected by the athlete. NILBudget does not authorize collaborators to transfer money.
Retention and choices
Users may update profile information, revoke collaboration access, and request a copy or deletion of personal information, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, and recordkeeping requirements.
